As an art therapist, my mission is to create a safe and supportive space where you can explore, express, and heal through creativity. I believe that everyone has an inner voice that often goes unheard, whether it's due to life’s pressures, past trauma, or unspoken emotions. Through the power of art, my goal is to help you connect with that voice, even if words can’t fully capture what you’re feeling.

My Approach

My approach to art therapy is client centred,  placing your needs, experiences, and personal journey at the core of our work together. My role is to support and guide you. I create a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you can safely explore your emotions and challenges at your own pace.

As a practitioner of multimodal art therapy, I integrate various creative forms such as drawing, painting, sculpture, movement, and more, to offer a flexible, personalised experience. This approach allows us to tailor each session to what feels most comfortable and meaningful for you, whether that’s visual arts, sensory experiences, or a combination of both.

By honouring your individuality and providing the told for creative expression, I aim to help you unlock insights, process emotions and find new ways to approach life's challenges.

Free Introductory Meeting

Duration: 15 mins​​

Price: Free

Before starting any sessions, I offer an introductory meeting online. This free session allows us to get to know each other, discuss your needs, and see if my services are a good fit for you.

Online Art Therapy Session

Duration: 75 mins​​

Price: 1 Session: 75

Price: 4 Sessions: 290

A space for expression and transformation through creativity, to explore your emotions and enhance your well-being. If you prefer your art therapy sessions to be in person, please let me know. ​​

Online Coaching Session

Duration: 40 mins​​

Price: 40

Individual guidance to help you clarify your goals, overcome obstacles, and develop your resources.​​

Booking and Payment Terms

To confirm your appointment, a 75% deposit is required at the time of booking. The balance is due at the end of the session.

Cancellation more than 48 hours before the session: full refund of the deposit, or you may reschedule to a later date.

Cancellation less than 48 hours before the session: the deposit is retained, and no refund will be issued.
